HORSE TRAINING

We take in limited numbers of outside horses for training. The owner provides feed, hoof care, fly spray, etc. The cost for our training program is $4,000. Typically the training period is eight weeks. There is some variation in how long each horse takes to get through the program. 

A horse trained at FAB Horsemanship will leave well-started, with trail experience, knowing at minimum the entire Fundamentals level of the Downunder Horsemanship Method. We encourage our horse owners to come out and watch training sessions as often as possible!

Horse owners who put a horse into our program agree to spend a minimum of six hours with horse and trainer going over what their horse has learned before taking their horse home. The six hours can be completed in one day or in shorter work sessions spread over several days. We want to make sure you know what your horse has learned, so you can communicate well and succeed!
